Don 55 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and Don 55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the Don 55 website at don55.best and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, poker, Aviator Game, and the Don 55 VIP Club.

By creating an account on Don 55, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Don 55.

Don 55 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or a platform notification. Continued use of Don 55 after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version date is displayed at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility to Use Don 55

Don 55 is available to players who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Don 55 does not permit use by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You are registering for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a Don 55 employee or business partner.
• You have not previously had a Don 55 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not self-excluded from Don 55 or under an active cooling-off period on the platform.

Don 55 may require age verification documents at any point. Accounts with unverified age will have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete. If age verification fails, the account will be closed and any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable policies.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Don 55 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, different email addresses, or through other means — is a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited without appeal.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your real name, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a Pakistani mobile number. Don 55 uses this information for account security, identity verification, and payment processing. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Don 55 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Don 55 support will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Don 55 support immediately at support@don55.best. Don 55 is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• Registration is free and open to all eligible players in Pakistan.
• You may be asked to verify your account via email or SMS before your first withdrawal.
• Don 55 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Your Don 55 account is personal and non-transferable.

4. Deposits & Payments

Don 55 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions on Don 55 are conducted in PKR.

Deposits made via Easypaisa or JazzCash are credited to your Don 55 wallet instantly in normal operating conditions. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to two hours to reflect depending on the sending bank's processing time. Visa/Mastercard transactions are typically credited within a few minutes.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200.
• Maximum deposit per transaction: Rs 5,00,000 (subject to your payment provider's own limits).
• Don 55 does not charge any deposit fees. Your payment provider may charge their own fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Don 55 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

5. Withdrawals

Don 55 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically completed within 15 minutes for standard accounts. IBFT bank transfers are completed within 30–60 minutes during business hours. VIP Gold, Platinum, and Elite members benefit from priority processing with faster timelines as described in the VIP Club terms.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal for standard accounts: Rs 50,000. VIP members have higher limits as specified in the VIP Club section.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your Don 55 account.
• Don 55 may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This includes a copy of your CNIC and proof of the payment method.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of the associated funds is permitted.
• Don 55 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours in cases where additional verification is required.

Don 55 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are not Don 55's responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Don 55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds requirements where applicable, and expiry dates. These details are published on each individual bonus offer page and must be read before claiming.

Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager a bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally — sports bets typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and some game types 0%.

• Each promotional offer specifies whether it is a one-time claim or recurring.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined unless explicitly stated.
• Don 55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including multi-accounting, coordinated arbitrage, or exploiting errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in account closure.
• The Don 55 VIP Club weekly cashback bonus carries zero wagering requirement and is credited as withdrawable real-money balance. This is the exception, not the rule for all bonuses.

7. Betting Rules & Void Bets

All bets placed on Don 55 are subject to the specific rules of the sport, game, or product involved. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform. The general principles below apply across all Don 55 betting products:

• Bets are only confirmed once accepted by the Don 55 system. A bet confirmation notification is issued on screen and recorded in your transaction history.
• Bets cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed, except where a cash-out feature is available and active.
• In the event of a technical error affecting odds or results, Don 55 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This decision is final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed beyond 12 hours of the scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event specifically falls within a pre-agreed settlement period stated in the bet's terms.
• Don 55 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, at any time, at its discretion.
• Obvious errors in odds (referred to as "palpable errors") will result in bets being voided and stakes refunded. Don 55 is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.

For live in-play betting, be aware that odds fluctuate in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you click are not guaranteed — your bet will be accepted at the odds available when it is processed by the Don 55 system. Any difference will be visible in your bet confirmation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Don 55 and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement agencies where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Don 55 account, whether personally or on behalf of others.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including matched betting across accounts, coordinated bonus claiming, or use of free bets in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated betting: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets on Don 55 without human interaction in real time.
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or engaging in chargebacks after withdrawals have been made.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker or other games to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping, soft play, or sharing hole cards.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, incorrect odds, or system errors. Players must report any errors to support immediately rather than continuing to bet.
• Money laundering: Using Don 55 to process funds derived from illegal activity. Don 55 cooperates fully with Pakistani financial intelligence and law enforcement agencies.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Don 55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Request from a player to self-exclude (closure is immediate and irreversible for the self-exclusion period).
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant).

When an account is closed due to Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. When an account is closed for other reasons — including at player request — any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and verification requirements.

Don 55 will notify the account holder of any closure decision via the registered email address wherever legally permissible. Players may appeal a closure decision by contacting support@don55.best within 30 days of the decision.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Don 55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published separately at /privacy-policy. By using Don 55, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal data will be used for the following purposes:

12. Limitation of Liability

Don 55 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and accurate odds, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and accept no liability for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or force majeure events (including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, natural disasters, or government actions).
• Losses resulting from your reliance on inaccurate information displayed due to a technical error on Don 55, where that error has been flagged and bets voided in accordance with Section 7.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your own failure to maintain password security.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of Don 55.

Don 55's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. This limitation does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

Don 55 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the registered address and/or via a notification displayed on the platform upon next login. The effective date of the updated version will be displayed at the top of this page.

If you continue to use Don 55 after receiving notification of changes, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using Don 55 and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter your rights, or updates to contact information — may be made without formal notification but will always be reflected in the version date shown at the top of this page.
